Add a Requester user to an RFQ to allow them to view the RFQ in their dashboard and participate in any chat conversations with your suppliers.
Select a Draft, Opened, Closed, Awarded, or Canceled RFQ and click on the Actions menu to bring up the Add Requester feature.
This will bring you to the Add Requester function where you can search through available Requester users in your system.
After selecting a Requester, click the Add button to associate them with your RFQ.
Once they have been added, the Requester will be associated with the RFQ and they will now be able to view the RFQ, share Internal Notes with you, and participate in conversations with the suppliers via the Messaging feature.
You can also change the Requester associated to an RFQ using the Change Requester function. This function only appears on an RFQ that already has a Requester associated to it.
