Need to combine multiple RFQs into one? Here's how:
Fairmarkit suggests auto-bundling if there's over a 65% match among the vendors recommended for the RFQs. This simplifies and expedites the buyer's work by making it faster and easier to unify the data into a single requisition. This also streamlines the vendor bid submission process, driving more competitive pricing through volume discounting, and minimizing the purchase order process by putting multiple requisitions onto a single PO.
- On the Drafts tab, click Show ready for bundling
2. Check all the RFQs that apply. They will be color coded to match up the RFQs that will be bundled together.
3. Select Create Bundle.
If you need to un-bundle RFQs, click on the to the right of the Request line, and select UnBundle.
