Vendor Groups allow you to quickly select all of your registered vendors in one category and add them to your RFQ.
To create a Vendor Group, click on the "Vendor Groups" tab on the sidebar.
Click "Add Group" at the bottom of the Vendor Groups list.
Give your group a name that describes the vendor type.
Search for the vendors you want and select the check-box to include them. Click "Add #" when you have all the vendors you need. New vendors may be added at any time.
To remove a vendor from your group, click on the icon next to the email address.
You may want to share your group with other members of your team. Share for View will allow your teammates to see and use the group, but will not allow them to add or remove vendors from the list. Share for Edit will give your teammates the ability to use and change your group.
Pinning a group makes it visible on every RFQ. Buyers should pin groups that they plan to use often by hitting the pin icon. Use the pencil to edit your group, and the trash can icon to delete it.
