To close a request before the original close date, enter Fairmarkit's dashboard, click on "Open" to see all requests out for bid. Locate the request that needs to be closed. To the far right of the title, next to the "Received" column there are three little vertical dots, commonly referred to as the "hamburger" button.
Click the hamburger icon as indicated above, then select the "Close" option.
Once selected, the request will move from the "Open" list of RFQs and will now appear under "Closed."
A buyer can also close a bid from the edit page of the RFQ by selecting "Close" on the "ACTIONS" menu.
Both ways to close the request result in the item appearing under the "Closed" tab.
