Provide shipping information visible to the buyer and supplier through Fairmarkit
Fairmarkit now offers the ability to track the shipping of item(s) within a given RFQ. In order to do so, vendors must sign up for our free portal.

Once a buyer has awarded a bid to a supplier, the supplier will receive an email offering an opportunity to provide shipping details that both the buyer and supplier will be able to view on the digital requisition. Once the supplier has logged in on the vendor portal, they will see bids they have won under the "awarded."
Under "Awarded" there will be bids that the vendor has won, and now can click on to add shipping information.
Once the vendor has entered the requisition, a purple banner will appear at the top of the page prompting the user to provide shipping information.
Click "Upload tracking information"
A window will appear in which the tracking information for the RFQ item(s) can be input. After clicking save, both the buyer and supplier will now be able to see the status of the order on the requisition itself.
The RFQ now has the status of the shipment, from creation to delivery, with the blue line indicating where the items are in the shipping process. There is also an expected arrival date provided.
