Learn the differences between Registered, Non-Registered and Public Vendors.
When you prepare a new RFQ (Request for Quote) you may see Registered, Non-Registered, and Public Vendors in the Vendors Invitation section.
Registered Vendors are approved vendors with your organization.
Non-Registered Vendors are vendors recommended by Fairmarkit's strategic sourcing intelligence within that category. They could also be new vendors manually entered by you or someone else in your organization.
Public Vendors are vendors who respond to a public bidding page, known as the Marketplace, where anyone is welcome to participate in the RFQ.
