To Add a Vendor from Your Homepage:
Locate the Vendors tab on the sidebar.
Click Add Vendor on the right side of the page.
Fill out as much information has you have, and click Add. The more information you provide, the more accurate the analytics and our vendor matching will be.
Your vendor will now be available for use in new Vendor Groups.
To Add a New Vendor while Working in an RFQ:
While working in an RFQ, you can quickly add a new vendor to your vendor list and invite them to bid on the request. Scroll below your request items to the Vendors Invitation section.
In the search bar begin typing any contact information for a vendor you're searching for. You can search by Name, Company Name, and Email Address. If nothing appears in the search results, you can select +Quick add & Invite.
Add your Vendor information, and select Add.
After you select Add, the vendor will appear in your list of invited vendors.
